We already owned property in Bulgaria and encountered problems with visas and builders. Their team of solicitor and construction expertise enabled us to clarify our visa situation and arranged improvement to our house, which were dealt in a very professional way with particular attention to our requirements. Frequent emailed photos and constant updates on building progress allowed us to rest easy back in the UK while we watched our home take shape. We first met George and Shtelyan in february 2005, when we arrived in Bulgaria looking to purchase a house in which to live on a permanent basis. Our daughter and son in law had used their company, County Property Investments, to purchase property from before and assured us that they were very professional, helpful and honest.
