  COUNTY PROPERTY INVESTMENTS FEES
  County Property Investments Bulgaria has NO hidden fees. These are our rates:

• Agent fee - 3% (payable upon signing Preliminary contract)
- Minimum: 550 EUR
- Maximum: 2 500 EUR
• Set up a company: 500 EUR. Includes:
  - state fees for registration of the company in the Trade register of the local court
  - fee for reserving a name of the company
  - fee for promulgation in the National Gazette
  - fee for registration at the Bulgarian Statistics Institute, the Social security institute and Tax service
  - fees for notarisation of the documents
  - make of a company stamp
  - fee for translation and legalization
  - solicitors fees

/Company registration is not required when purchasing a flat or property without land /

• Viewing trips/inspection visits: 30 EUR per day (completely refundable if you buy a property/properties)
