ANTI-BREAST CANCER CAMPAIGN LAUNCHED IN BULGARIA |

Nearly 2000 women would undergo breast cancer examination by the end of the year as a part of the national campaign against breast cancer that started on September 4.
The campaign targeted women from smaller towns and villages, Darik Radio reported.
By the end of the month women in Malko Turnovo, Roudnik, Aitos and Karnobat would be offered free examination. Nearly 120 women from each of the towns can be tested, as the examination lasts 20 minutes.
Next month the mammograph used for the examination would be moved to the Turgovishte region.
According to the latest figures nearly 3500 women with breast cancer are registered each year. Breast cancer is curable if registered at an early stage, doctors said.
