For the clients who are buying a property with us, we offer FREE property insurance covering the following fire and other property damages:
 

Real estate – up to 60 000 BGN or 30 000 EUR

         • fire, explosion, implosion, stroke of lightning, impact from aircraft or other aerial  

           device, or any parts or cargo falling therefrom;
         • natural disasters - storm (falling trees and branches), hurricane and hail; flood, pressure

           from natural drifts of snow and ice;
         • escape of water and steam, resulting from damage to pipes and drains, canalization and

           air-conditioning installation;
         • breaking of glasses, window-displays, advertising signs;
         • expenditures on preventing the insurance event (including moving or protecting the

            insurance possessions) and for limiting and decreasing the damages after the insurance

            event has occurred, including the expenditures on clearing the ruins.

Movable property – up to 3 000 BGN or 1 500 EUR

         • fire, explosion, implosion, stroke of lightning, impact from aircraft or other aerial

           device, or any parts or cargo falling therefrom;
         • natural disasters - storm (falling trees and branches), hurricane and hail; flood, pressure

           from natural drifts of snow and ice;
         • escape of water and steam, resulting from damage to pipes and drains, canalization and

           air-conditioning installation;
         • expenditures on preventing the insurance event (including moving or protecting the

            insurance possessions) and for limiting and decreasing the damages after the insurance

            event has occurred, including the expenditures on clearing the ruins.
